Role and access level within the organization

We do not collect payment information, social security numbers, or other sensitive financial data through SCS OS.

We use the information we collect to:

Manage your SCS OS account and system access
Track work entries and project reports for operational purposes
Process payroll based on submitted time and work data
Send you SMS text message notifications related to your work (with your consent)

3. SMS and Phone Number Privacy

If you opt in to receive SMS notifications from SCS Multifamily, the following applies:

We collect your phone number solely for the purpose of sending you work-related SMS notifications through SCS OS.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on project activity.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

With service providers who assist us in operating SCS OS (such as our hosting provider and SMS delivery service), bound by confidentiality obligations
